Personal Guidance

Personal Guidance

We love working one-on-one with students at all stages of practice — whether you’re just beginning, feeling stuck, or ready to go deeper.

Some people come to this work because they want a clear and supportive way to start. Others arrive after years of practice, sensing that something more personal and consistent could open new ground. Wherever you are, we’ll meet you there.

In one-on-one sessions, we help you establish a personal practice shaped around your life, your body, and your aspirations. Together, we create something that feels both supportive and sustainable — something you can actually live with.

Traditionally, yoga was shared in this way — through steady, one-on-one guidance with a trusted teacher. While group classes can be powerful, there is something uniquely supportive about having space to explore your own practice with personal attention and care.

For many students, this kind of support is what allows a consistent practice to take root. And over time, that consistency begins to shift the inner landscape. The nervous system settles. The mind becomes clearer. A different kind of steadiness starts to emerge.

A personal practice creates the conditions for meaningful change. Small, steady actions — repeated with care — gradually reshape how we move through the world.

Our work together evolves over time through ongoing support and periodic check-ins. For some, this is about building a foundation. For others, it’s about deepening into subtler layers of practice and awareness. Often, it’s both.

Personal guidance with Lexie or Bill may include practice design, yoga and meditation instruction, and ongoing mentoring.
